Oregon ICES is a local branch of the International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES) which meets three times per year for a Day of Sharing and bi-annually for a weekend of classes, our 'Sweet Retreat'. Anyone interested in cake decorating, candy making or working with chocolate is welcome, from beginners to dedicated enthusiasts!
Our next Sweet Retreat will be October 20 - 23, 2011. It will be held once again be at the beautiful OCC grounds in Turner, Ore. Teachers will include B. Keith Ryder, Kim Morrison, Kathy Scott, Kathleen Lange and Ruth Rickey. Registration will be $250 and will include housing and meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch, but classes will be in addition to the registration fee.
